Memberships
Artist+ and Engineer Pro are recurring MoBased subscriptions. Stripe charges the selected payment method, and the membership remains active for the paid billing period. You can manage or cancel it through the Stripe billing portal from your membership page.
Marketplace services
The buyer pays through Stripe Checkout. Stripe routes the seller share to the seller's connected payout account and records MoBased's platform fee. Standard sellers pay a 15% MoBased platform fee; eligible Engineer Pro sellers have a 0% MoBased marketplace platform fee. Stripe processing or payout fees may still apply.
Buyers and sellers should keep requirements, delivery updates, approvals, and problems inside the MoBased order so there is a record if a refund or dispute needs review.
Creator merch
The buyer pays the product price and any listed shipping through Stripe Checkout. MoBased's merch platform fee is 10% of the product subtotal. The creator is responsible for inventory, packaging, shipping, tracking, product accuracy, and customer support.
Song Wars prizes
A host funds the announced prize through Stripe before it can be paid. MoBased holds the prize until the event is completed and the winner is confirmed. The winner must finish Stripe identity and payout onboarding before receiving it.
Payout timing and refunds
- Stripe and the recipient's bank control final payout and refund timing.
- Approved refunds return to the buyer's original payment method.
- Marketplace refunds depend on the order status, delivered work, seller agreement, and dispute review.
- Unshipped merch can be eligible for a refund; after shipment, the seller's policy and applicable law also apply.
- A completed Song Wars winner payout cannot normally be recalled.
