- Account and profile information, such as your name, email, role, biography, profile image, and public creator details.
- Content you provide, including messages, project files, audio, artwork, service listings, Song Wars entries, votes, reports, and event activity.
- Transaction information, including membership type, order status, prize funding status, and identifiers supplied by our payment processor.
- Technical and usage information, such as device, browser, IP address, security events, and interactions with MoBased.
How we use information
- Provide accounts, creator profiles, messaging, projects, marketplace orders, memberships, live rooms, voting, and prize workflows.
- Process payments, refunds, subscription changes, seller onboarding, and winner payouts.
- Protect users, enforce event and community rules, investigate reports, prevent fraud, and secure the service.
- Maintain, analyze, and improve MoBased and communicate important service or account updates.
- Meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
Payments and service providers
Card and bank information is collected and processed by Stripe, not stored by MoBased. We use service providers to operate hosting, databases, authentication, file storage, communications, live audio or video, fraud prevention, and payments. They receive information only as needed to provide those services or comply with law.
Public content and sharing
Public profiles, listings, event details, entry names, results, and content you intentionally publish can be viewed and shared by others. Private messages and nonpublic project files are intended only for authorized participants, subject to moderation, safety, and legal access.
Retention, security, and your choices
We retain information while needed to operate MoBased, complete transactions, resolve disputes, protect the service, and satisfy legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. You may update profile information in your account and may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some transaction or safety records must be retained.
Children
MoBased is not directed to children under 13. Users must be at least 18 to make purchases, fund prizes, receive payouts, or enter binding agreements through the service.
